How to care for you mouth while you have braces. 

The most important factor in keeping your teeth and gums healthy during orthodontic treatment is brushing and flossing. The American Association of Orthodontics recommends that you brush and floss your teeth after every meal and before you go to bed. It is important to keep the teeth clean because food can get caught in the braces and cavities will form. Some orthodontists will prescribe a 4 % fluoride gel to brush with, to strengthen teeth even further and avoid cavities.

I can understand that some older people who weren't young during the popularization of orthodontics want straight teeth, but they really should not opt for those stupid clear braces.  You are not fooling anyone when you where those around, you just look like a goof wearing gross, clear mouth trays.

I do. i had braces for 2 years and they sucked. but i did get my first kiss with them on. cool hu. oh ya

 

We have become so image oriented.  why do we need perfect teeth anyway.  lets go back to crazy teeth.

man that is a funny concept. I have seen them and they are rediculous. The clear braces are the worst.

Get yourself some needle nose pliers and just grab and pop!  They will come off pretty easily.

I can give you hints to cleaing braces well. Have a really big mirror you can look in. Have stiff dental floss an oral B tooth brush and love to see yourself in the mirror cuz you will be cleaning all the time. YOu can find everything from last weeks sunday dinner to the hotdog from the ball game the other day.

If you never get braces for such a short time as two years, you will look like an unintelligent person because of society and no one will have respect for you nor take you serious.  I would laugh right in your face.

Wisdom teeth are because when they are taken out your illiosois will produce a stimulus that allows you to retain more info in the brain.That is what my tribes man tells me.

Who in there right mind would get braces in your prime and risk a good make out or bedding some hot human by having braces?

I have five close freinds that have braces over 24 yrs old and man that is really weird to me. you get braces when you are a teenager, not a grown person unless you have some disease with your teeth. 

I've never had braces nor i want them. How horriable would that be for 2 years to wear metal on your teeth. nuhha not for me
